Roy Sarkin has been in the Jewellery design industry for more than 45 years.

Although born in South Africa, he qualified as Master Goldsmith in Germany. Roy and his family stay in White River, Mpumalanga, South Africa.

The beautiful Mpumalanga, well known as "Big Five" country (Elephant, Rhinoceros, Buffalo, Leopard and Lion), inspired Roy to design Big Five ranges and sets of jewellery. This area is also a Birdwatcher's paradise, which is portrayed in his Bird range of Brooches (with Enamel).

He always brings out surprising elements in his designs, such as Bushbaby and Gecko brooches, a Diamond and Ruby flying Eagle pendant, an Elephant Necklace with Warthog Tusks, to name but a few.

Then there is his exquisite range of Antique jewellery.

Roy Sarkin's designs are fresh and unique, and widely popular throughout the world, due to its originality. He manufactures directly to the public, and is a dealer in diamonds and gemstones. His range of Rings, Bracelets, Pendants, Brooches, Necklaces, Earrings, Big Five jewellery and sets should be viewed to be appreciated for its quality.

He masterly combines Platinum, Gold and White Gold with Diamonds, with Rubies, Tanzanite, Emeralds, Sapphires, Tourmalines, Amethysts, Garnets and Pearls.

Roy also enjoys Bronze Sculpting which are much sought after art works.

It is evident that Roy Sarkin is a master at art and, with his love of birdwatching, has created many fine art pictures of a variety of fauna and flora.
